I made this in my 6 quart ninja foodi. I pressure cooked on high for 10 minutes, 2 minutes natural release and then quick release. I’d say it was overdone. Still very delicious, but next time I think I’ll switch to 5-7 minutes high pressure and then quick release so I get more bite/crunch from the cabbage.
I used 1 cup of broth but it was pretty soupy. I wonder if I could use less because I’d prefer that. In this case we just drained off the excess broth until we got what we wanted.
I added some carrots and garlic. Also, I didn’t add any butter. The ham (which I had frozen) still had some of its cooking juices on it so I think that added some flavor and fat.
Truly, though, loved it and so, so simple.

I made this exactly as the recipe stated. The flavor is good but the cabbage is complete mush. I will try again but cutting the PC time down to 5 minutes.

Hi. I usually make my cabbage and ham with fresh green beans and cut potatoes. Would u suggest putting those in there with it all same time? Im worried they would get soggy?
