Meet Rithika

Inventory Analyst, Food & Beverage

"The biggest thing that excited me about coming back to Target after being an intern was Target's culture. Target takes pride and value in hiring team members that have unique perspectives and diverse voices and encourages their employees to bring their authentic selves to work. This stood out to me because I knew that I wouldn't have to change who I am or my values to work at this company and I could just simply be myself. The one team mentality played a big role during my internship, the team was super collaborative, and they did a wonderful job uplifting each other and recognizing each other. This brought a lot of joy and excitement to my day-to-day as an intern."
