Since the recent arrival of the New Year, she took to Instagram to announce that she was embracing a healthier eating plan after enjoying much festive indulgence.

But earlier this week, the This Morning host was spotted soaking up the last of the rays in Barbados, as her family break with husband Dan Baldwin came to an end.

The blonde beauty, 35, dressed her enviable curves in a white broderie anglaise blouse over a black bikini as she strolled the golden shores - and shared a kiss with Dan, 40.

A pair of stylish sunglasses were perched atop her head as she took in the sights during a beach stroll with shirtless Dan, who gave her a passionate peck as he walked with his arm around her.

With her hair tied in a relaxed updo, the TV personality appeared to be in her element as she also enjoyed some beach time with her childrenHarry, seven, Belle, five, and Chester, two.

As the Caribbean sun continued to bear down on them, Holly added some extra protection by throwing on a stylish wide-brimmed patterned hat.

And, just to ensure that the memories of her luxury trip would live on, the star was seen taking snapshots of her adorable family as she dipped her toes in the sea.

Since returning to the shores of the UK, Holly has vowed to cut sweet treats out of her diet as she looks to begin 2017 in healthy fashion.

On Saturday, the star shared a picture of a bottle of mineral water on Instagram and suggested it was a welcome change from munching on chocolates.

She wrote: 'But it's back to reality... come on January, we got this... let's eat something that's not out of a quality street tin! #homesweethome ♀️'

The post came after Holly shared a snap over New Year of the huge Christmas feast she prepared for the family.

The mouthwatering spread featured all the classics: pigs in blankets, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, stuffing, roast beef and turkey.

She may want to eat healthier, but Holly looked in superb shape in a recent pic of herself in ski wear.

The This Morning host showcased her lithe limbs in funky leggings and covered her top half in a star adorned polo neck jumper.

The talented presenter is renowned for her hourglass curves, and was recently found to be the celebrity whose chest is most admired by women.

Discussing the results of the Playtex survey with The Sun, Holly revealed: 'I said to him (Keith Lemon) I blame you entirely for this!

'In all seriousness, it’s very nice and I’m proud that a mother who has breastfed children can have that accolade…if you can call it that.'

Holly was famously dubbed 'Holly Willoughbooby' by Keith when she started working alongside him on Celebrity Juice eight years ago.

Asked whether she was annoyed the nickname had stuck, Holly told The Guardian: 'The fact that you can laugh and joke about it can only show that you are more comfortable in your own skin.'
