OK. If you're familiar with The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, you may remember the bit where someone's intestines reached up to strangle their brain to rid the world of their terrible poetry.
If only this had happened when David N Titcher and JB White were writing this 'romantic comedy' for a lesser Baldwin brother and Natalie Brown, who are both as wooden as heck under the dull and uninspired direction of Graeme Campbell.
I was going to be nice and give this two stars because it is a TV movie without the budget of a blockbuster, but I'm taking half a star off because it is too derivative of other, better films, and because it has a really tedious sub-plot of child romance which was awful.

In this universe Billy Baldwin circa 2013 counts as a hot firefighter.
This movie also has a tenuous understanding of technology. At one point a kid refers to a new version of a video game that's "in the cloud" and describes it as "Totally interactive!" Later on the same kid decides to make a DVD of YouTube videos of his favorite songs instead of a mixtape because that's how that works and is what kids do these days.
